Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Late Policy: “Our time is as valuable as yours…..”

The Joshi Clinic operates on an appointment basis to allow us to give our patients an appointment when needed and to allow the clinic to function efficiently. All appointments once made with the clinic reception will be considered confirmed.

  • We ask that you give us 24 hours notice for cancellations.  Any missed appointments (no shows) or late cancellations (made less than 24 hours of timeslot) will be charged in full and NOT credited towards another appointment later that day or week.
  • Appointments that are cancelled before 24 hours may be rescheduled within the same day/week/month, based on availability.
  • We will take payment for cancellations from your account or bill you the next time if within 7 days.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for a half hour appointment, your appointment is considered a “no show,” and you will be charged for the full appointment. If you are then given another appointment straight away, that will be at an extra charge and at the discretion of your practitioner.

If you are late for your appointment, for whatever reason, (less than 20 minutes) then you’ll be given the remainder of your allotted timeslot.
